  • British American TobaccoA loyalty and sales platform for retail outlets in Ukraine
    The product
    Two sides of one system: a mobile app where outlet staff earn points for tasks and spend them with partners, and an admin panel where supervisors manage sales teams, requests and analytics.
    My role
    UX design and wireframes for the client. The UI shown is my own concept.

  • Sally CRM SystemA CRM for sales teams, used in-house and sold as a product to other companies
    The product
    A CRM for Sally, a company from Mannheim. It guides sales reps through their day: goals, cold-call scripts with objection handling, and meeting prep. Built on Microsoft’s Fluent design system.

    The product
    An internal tool for agencies. It scans Upwork for matching jobs, tracks proposals, view and reply rates, and compares how each business manager performs.

How I work

Four things I hold to on every project.

  • Density is a feature

    People who live in a CRM want more on screen, not less. I design for the hundredth visit, not only the first.

  • Every state gets designed

    Empty, loading, failed, three thousand rows, a company name sixty characters long. That’s where business software breaks.

  • Accessible from the start

    Contrast, focus, keyboard, screen readers. I trained in inclusive web design, and this page passes its own checks.

  • Specs developers can build from

    Tokens, variants and measured layouts, so nothing gets guessed in handoff. The spec toggle above shows what that looks like.

I came to design the long way round. Every stop on the way left me something I still use when I design a product.

  1. Art and music

    Grew up watching fashion shows with my sister and a family friend at his easel. Graduated from music school.

  2. Marketing

    Old brands that won before marketing even had a name fascinated me, so I took a degree in it in Kharkiv.

  3. Maritime school

    I know Morse code, so I know who binary’s ancestor is.

  4. Brand development

    Managed brand development in orthodontics, then felt the pull back to making things.

  5. Product design

    Since 2018: CRMs, a TV platform with a million users, online stores and smart home.
